Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospice on Sunday, October 6, 2013, ALEX DAN PILIARIK, age 80 of Sarnia passed away. Dear brother of Helen West and her husband Ted, sister in-law of Dorothy Piliarik, Uncle of Carla West-Cheesemen, Mary Lynn Piliarik and nephews Mathew, Peter and Michael Piliarik. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of St. Joseph's Hospice and caregiver Ken Hagan. Predeceased by his parents John and Mary Piliarik (nee Sagi) and brothers John, Sam, Donald and George. The D.
