In Loving Memory of Amanda Eleanor Brewer

It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Amanda Eleanor Brewer on Monday, June 22, 2026 She was 42 years old and passed away at University Hospital in London, Ontario, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.

Amanda was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, partner, aunt, and friend. Her strength and kindness touched everyone who knew her. Throughout her life she faced many health challenges, but she never let them define who she was. She fought every battle with remarkable courage and resilience. She always put others before herself and met each day with a loving heart. Amanda was truly the strongest person those who loved her ever knew.

She leaves behind her beloved daughter Alyssa Brewer, who was her greatest pride and joy and truly her whole world. She also leaves behind Alyssa’s partner Andrew, whom Amanda loved deeply like a son. Amanda is survived by her loving father Michael Brewer, her sister Amelia Brewer, her cherished nephew Nicklas, and her close friends JC and Ashley, whose lifelong friendship meant the world to her. She will be forever missed by her extended family and many friends. She also leaves behind her beloved cats Ollie and Simba, who brought her comfort, companionship, and unconditional love.

Amanda is now reunited in peace with her beloved mother, Elizabeth Brewer, who passed away before her.

Amanda found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved watching Hallmark movies, spending time with Alyssa, relaxing with Simba curled up beside her, and playing Monday TV Bingo, which she always looked forward to each week. She loved to bake and was especially known for her coffee cake, her absolute favorite treat. She also had a special fondness for dolphins and butterflies, finding beauty and peace in them.

More than anything, Amanda loved being a mother. As a stay-at-home mom, she dedicated her life to raising and caring for Alyssa. Every decision she made, every sacrifice she endured, and every dream she held was rooted in her love for her daughter. Alyssa was the center of her universe. Amanda's greatest happiness came from spending time together, sharing laughs, making memories, and simply being there for one another. The bond they shared was extraordinary and unbreakable.

Despite the challenges she faced, Amanda never lost her compassionate spirit, her sense of humor, or her ability to make others feel loved. She showed everyone around her what true strength looked like.

Though our hearts are shattered, we take comfort in knowing she was surrounded by love in her final moments. Her courage, resilience, and boundless love leave behind a legacy that will continue to inspire everyone who knew her.

In keeping with Amanda's wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, and she will be laid to rest beside her mother at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery.
