Betty June Benson

On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Betty June Benson, a resident of Vision Nursing Home, passed peacefully to join her parents and 3 siblings in eternal peace.

Meeting her at the pearly gates is her father James T. Benson, mother Emily Jane (Prince) Benson and siblings Jean (Roy) Mackie, John (Jackie) Benson, Raymond Benson and nephews David and Karl.

Missed and loved by sister Patricia Boudreau, sister-in-law Connie Benson, nieces - Carol Ann (Don) Stefanie, Katherine (Dan) Rovers, Laurie (Dan) Mccallum and Michelle (Tom) Bryden.

Nephews Earl Benson and Jim Benson. Many great & great great nieces and nephews.

Betty loved bingo, crafts, coloring, crochet, old county music, going to the casino and shopping. She had an insatiable sweet tooth and loved jube jubes and coffee crisp.

Many thanks to Dr. K. Gannon, NP Corrine Pollard, Dr. Kim (Palliative Care team), the many nurses, PSW's and all the support staff at Vision for their love and care through her 16 years there.

Betty has been cremated and will join her parents at Lakeview Cemetery in Sarnia. A private family graveside service will be held at a future date.
