It is with great sadness the family announces the passing at Bluewater Health of Cindy Lou (Willer) Vincent, age 65 of Sarnia on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. She is survived by her friend and partner Robert Booth, her sister Katherine Harvey (Mark) and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Crystal Bulek and parents Adrienne and James Willer. She was loved by all who knew her. Donations made to a charity of choice in Cindy’s memory would be appreciated by the family. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm. The arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9.
