Daniel Lawrence Dodds

It is with heartfelt sadness that the family of Daniel Lawrence Dodds announce his sudden passing on March 31, 2026, at the age of 52.

Dan will be deeply missed by his loving parents, Dan and Wendy Dodds; grandmother, Audrey Dodds; sister, Shannon Hines (Greg); and nieces, Kyla and Jillian.

He is predeceased by his grandfather, Frank Dodds, and his grandparents, Lawrence and Enid Thynne.

Born and raised in Sarnia, Dan lived a quiet life, navigating his path on his own terms. He had a fondness for animals, loved music, and enjoyed a good joke.

He leaves behind memories held by his family, friends, and all those who shared part of his journey.

The family wishes to express their sincere thank you to the staff at Bluewater Health Emergency and ICU departments.

Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Sarnia District Humane Society.

Cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place later.
