GRANT, DONALD EDWARD - Peacefully at Marshall Gowland Manor on May 4, 2009 at age 88. Son of the late William (Bill) and Byrd (Hall) Grant. Beloved husband of Norma (LaFond) Grant for 62 years. Dear father of Roy (Oshawa), Ross (Kim) Sarnia, Ruth (Dale) Hummel, Cortland New York. Grandfather of Ken & Dave Grant, Adam Hummel, Terra (Mike) Carbonaro, Rachael Hummel, and great grandson Alexander. Retired from Fiberglas with 34 years. A veteran of WWII with R.C.E.M.E. Member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #62. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund, Marshall Gowland Manor or the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME.
