Born on August 9,1950, in Sarnia, Ontario. Donnas spent her entire life as a devoted musician, music teacher, judge, and a pillar of the church and music community.
Donnas started at age 12 playing the organ/piano at Bethel Pentecostal in Wallaceburg. Once settling down in Sarnia, she played the organ and Parker Street United Church and then Canon Davis Memorial Anglican Church, finally earning a much needed retirement. From Easter hymns to Christmas preludes and countless quiet Sunday services. Donnas had a deep passion for teaching aspiring organists and pianists. But what brought her the most happiness was playing with her daughter Lora and their much infamous duets. Donna played with many organizations; the Polysar Glee Club, Bluewater Musical Productions, Sursum Corda, the Georgian Singers as well as past President of the Lambton County Music Festival and was for Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association.
