Elizabeth "Liz" Hayter

It is with great sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of Elizabeth “Liz” Grace (Nicholls) Hayter, age 59 of Sarnia. She was the dear wife of Fred Hayter for 37 years and loving mother of Bill Hayter and her step-son Shaun McGinn. She is also survived by her brothers Ron and Bill (Marlene). Liz was a longtime employee of the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club and was also a volunteer at the Inn of the Good Shepherd. Charitable donations made in memory of Liz to the Canadian Mental Health Association ( https://ontario.cmha.ca/get-involved/donate/ )would be appreciated. A celebration of Liz’s life will be held at a later date. The arrangements are entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9). Members and Staff are formerly invited by Liz Hayter's family to attend a Celebration of Life reception in her honour. Liz was a SGCC employee for over 30 years and she touched so many people's lives during her time here. This will be a nice opportunity for all of Liz's family and friends to gather together and share stories and fond memories of our time with Liz.
