Elmer "Pete" Cecil Emmons

Emmons, Pete (Elmer Cecil) – Peacefully at Afton Park Place Nursing Home on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the age of 93. Predeceased by his wife Freida (Brennan) Emmons in 2019 after 64 years of marriage. Loving father to Dale (Thomas) Wheeler, Karen (Glenn) Wilson and Cheryl (Ronald) MacPherson. Cherished Papa Pete to Ryan (Leann) Wheeler, Stefan Wheeler, Andrew (Stephanie) Wheeler, Hannah (Matthew) Davidson, Jared (Crystal) Wilson, Marley Wilson (Tom), and Great Papa Pete to Liam, Ella and  Jewel Wheeler, Autumn and Elliot Wilson, Oaklen, Penelope (Poppy) and Gulliver (Iver) Wheeler, Rory and Finneas Davidson . Brother of Samuel Emmons, Winnifred Sauve, Betty Fahselt and Robert Emmons and the late Inez Clarke and sister- in-law Shirley (Dennis) Dudley.  Dad was an electrician by trade and was co-owner of Elecon Electrical Contractors. Pete was an active member of Cornerstone Anglican Church. Cremation has taken place.  A private service will be live streamed at https://event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=052fa461-ae67-4659-830b-0229783784f3 on Friday October 28th at 10:00 am with Rev. Robert  Rowe officiating. In lieu of floral tributes memorial donations to Cornerstone Anglican Church or to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. The arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., N7T 5W9, Sarnia).
