Faye Theresa Florence Marie Popen

Peacefully at Bluewater Health on Thursday January 8, 2026 Faye Theresa Florence Marie (Bourassa) Popen passed away at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Dennisford Popen (2025). Loving mother of Denise (Jim) Trojan and Stephanie (Fred) Cumming. Cherished grandmother of Danielle (Scott), Carrissa, Nicholas, Alysha and great-grandmother to Carter and Arielle. Dear sister of Lynn Bantam, Lise Horne, Gena Bourassa and Steve Bourassa. Predeceased by her daughter Audrey Popen (2019), parents Alfred & Georgette Bourassa and her sister Dana Bourassa.

Faye will be missed for her loving and caring heart, her kind words and open arms with a beautiful smile. Faith was very important in her life, living every moment with compassion and care for others. Her family considered her an angel on earth.

Resting at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St. Sarnia, ON N7T 5W9) where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 13th at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
