Frederick Price Hubbs

Peacefully at University Campus of the LHSC, on Saturday, January 29, 2022, Frederick Price Hubbs, passed away at the age of 81. Loving partner of the late Joyce Doreen (Ellenor) Hubbs and the late Shirley (Robber) Hubbs.  Loving father of Janis Lynne Johnston and her husband Gerry, and Stephen Murray  Hubbs and his wife Paula, and step - father of Jim Ellenor and his wife Patricia, Jack Ellenor and his wife Gloria and Donna Wood and her husband Ken. Grandfather of Sherree & Rick Butler, Angela , Hailey & Daiphu, Graham Johnston and his wife Jessica, Brittany and Austin, Zack and his wife Rocie,  Jordan and Sam, and great grandchildren Devin and Zoe, Blake and Taryn, Oliver, Nate, Hayden, Lyla, Romario and Emmett, Olivia and Iris. Predeceased by his brother Douglas Martin Hubbs. Born in Toronto, Ontario and lived in Sarnia since 1966 and then moved to London, ON in 2016 to live with his daughter Janis and her husband Gerry. He retired from Terra Corporation and was a member of the Moose Lodge – 1046 and the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 62. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday, February 5, 2022 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  A memorial service will be held from the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre ( 102 Victoria Street, North, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9) on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 1:00 pm, with interment of ashes to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Those wishing to attend either the visitation or memorial service please reply to business.djrobb@cogeco.net with name and number in attendance. Those in attendance must wear a mask and social distance. Memorial donation in memory of Frederick may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Parkinson’s Society.
