Freida Isabel Emmons

EMMONS, FREIDA – Peacefully at Bluewater Health on Thursday, January 10, 2019, Freida Isabel (Brennan) Emmons, age 87 of Sarnia passed away. She was the dear wife of 64 years to E. C. Pete Emmons and loving mother of Dale (Thomas) Wheeler, Karen (Glenn) Wilson and Cheryl (Ronald) MacPherson, cherished grandmother of Ryan (Leann) Wheeler, Stefan Wheeler, Andrew (Stephanie) Wheeler and Hannah (Matthew) Davidson, Jared (Crystal) Wilson and Marley Wilson (Tom) and great-grandmother of Liam, Ella, Jewel Wheeler and Autumn Wilson. She is also survived by her sister Shirley (Dennis) Dudley. She was predeceased by her sisters Mary Metcalfe, Helen Hall and her brothers Jim, Bill, Pat, Joe and Earl. Frieda was looking forward to the arrival of 3 new great-grandchildren this spring and was a member of Cornerstone Anglican Church. A memorial service will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9 on January 15, 2019 at 11:30 am with Rev. Robert Rowe officiating. Memorial donations made to Cornerstone Anglican Church or the Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
