Geraldine Elizabeth Schalkwyk

On January 11, 2022 Geraldine “Geri” Elizabeth Rita (McFarland) Schalkwyk of Sarnia passed away at Bluewater Health. She is the dear mother of Sherry Altenhof of Moose Jaw, SK, Michael Crawford (Cindy) of Melbourne, Australia, grandmother of Nik and Michael, former spouse of Ben Schalkwyk, stepmother of Ingrid and Mark, sister of Marilyn Jansen, Charles McFarland (Pam), Joyce McFarland, Carol Minshall-McFarland, Leo McFarland (Diane), Bruce McFarland (Debbie), Mary McFarland, Mike McFarland (Vicki), Cindy Lawrence (John) and Cathy Mc Farland-Wright (Rick). Many nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by her parents Leo and Rita, her brother Thomas, sisters Katherine, Nancy Taylor and Pat Blunck. Private family cremation has been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9.
