Gordon Daniel Marchello

Marchello, Gordon, Peacefully at Trillium Villa Nursing Home, Gordon Daniel Marchello, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the age of 78. Gordon was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but lived in Sarnia for most of his life. Gordon was the only son born to Michael Marchello. Gord is survived by his best friend’s and companion’s Judy Brock and Jackie Dearing.  Gord worked for the Canadian Coast Guard for over 30 years.  He enjoyed volunteering with the Sarnia Humane Society walking their many dogs. Gord belonged to Fit For Less Gym and the Hiking Club, he also loved golfing three times a week. Gord enjoyed his travels all around the world. Cremation has taken place and a graveside committal service will be held at Lakeview Cemetery on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Sarnia Humane Society or the Alzheimer’s Society.
