January 22, 1936 — November 4, 2013
VAN WYNEN, GRACE ANN - After a courageous battle with cancer, Grace left her earthly life for heaven on November 4, 2013. The family would like to thank all of the staff at CCAC, VON and Bayshore Chatham, Bluewater Health and St. Joseph's Hospice. A very special thanks to Phil Taylor, nurse navigator who was Grace's guide on her cancer journey. A celebration of Grace's life will be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 293 Stuart St., Sarnia, on Saturday, November 16th at 11:00 am.
