Gregory Stewart

It is with great sadness that the family announces passing of Gregory James Stewart (Stewie), age 66 of Sarnia. Greg peacefully passed away at home with his loving family by his side on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021. He was the loving spouse of Laina Duncan, dear father of Destiny Duncan and John Kimmerly and grandfather of Hunter and Hadley Duncan. He was the brother of Debra, Gary, Chris (Dawn), Jeff (Linda), uncle of Jeremy, Heather (Anthony), Jade (Leo), Kyle (Erin), Jamie, and will be missed by his best friend Jim Sitzes. He was predeceased by his parents Jim and Goldie and his brother Wayne. Greg had a successful career as a Project Manager in the refineries throughout his life and recently retired from Maviro Canada. Over the recent years he spent his summers at Cedar Bay Campground with his friends and family. He will be deeply missed by many. Charitable donations made to Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis and the restrictions placed on funeral homes a celebration of Greg’s life will be held at a later date. The arrangements are entrusted to the D. J.
