Ivy Veronica Colwell

At Bluewater Health on Wednesday July 23, 2014 IVY VERONICA (MOUSSEAU) COLWELL age 94 wife of the late Dr. Chesley George Colwell (2014). Loving mother of Ann Colwell-Cruttenden of Sarnia, Joy (William) Savage of Orangeville and Chesley Colwell of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Carla Cruttenden, Lynne and Melissa Savage, Jorden Colwell and great-grandmother of Chelsea and Alexis. Ivy will be greatly missed, her memory will be treasured and her brightness will continue to shine. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her care for others extended beyond her family as she spent many years being a host mother to young athletes and foster children while also volunteering with Girl Guides of Canada, Science North, and Sudbury and Sarnia hospitals. Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Canadian Red Cross Homeward Bound Sarnia-Lambton Branch. Arrangements entrusted to the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE.
