Jacklyn Marie DeKort

Peacefully with her family by her side, Jacklyn Marie DeKort, passed away at Bluewater Health Sarnia on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at the age of 42. Predeceased by her husband Andrew Lane (2014). Will be forever missed by her children; Erin Seabourne (Fraser), Reilly Cusack (Ashlie), Maidsyn DeKort, Aavery DeKort.

Loving daughter of Martha Jacques (Kevin) and Stan DeKort. Loving sister of Jeff DeKort (Sarah), Ashley Fralick. Special aunt to Emma, Lilly, Gwen, Mary, Beth, Ashtyn, Maisyn, Corban, Robbie, Ivory, Colbie. Niece of Maria Zele (Mike) and Donnie Jacques.  A special friend of Rob Plaine.

Also, will be missed by her many friends and her fury friend Dora. Predeceased by her grandparents; Yvonne and Leonard DeKort and Rose and Salavair Jacques.

A funeral service will be held at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home and Cremation Centre Ltd. (102 Victoria Street, North, Sarnia, ON) on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation starting from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 P.M.
