Jeanne Ernestine Schaefer

SCHAEFER, JEANNE - passed away at Afton Park Place on December 24, 2016 at the age of 91. Jeanne is the loving mother to Gloria Chartrand (Gus) and Joanne Fontaine and the Late Patrick Schaefer. Loving grandma to Michelle Wilson (Randy), David Fontaine (Holliby), Jamie Fontaine (Nuno), Lori Glass (Travis), Chris Chartrand (Kelly), Brian Chartrand, Michael Schaefer, Natalie Schaefer, Marc Schaefer and many great grandchildren. She loved music, playing games and cards with friends. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family gathering at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the D. J.
