Jenny Lee Taylor
Born in Sarnia, Ontario on February 21, 1979, Jenny Lee Taylor was a loving, compassionate soul whose warmth touched everyone she met.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jenny Lee Taylor, who passed away peacefully at Bluewater Health in Sarnia on December 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after an incredibly strong and courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved spouse of Steve Taylor. Cherished daughter of Bonnie Britton (David Britton) and the late Paul Medd (2025) (Dorthy Medd). Devoted mother of Dana Taylor (Ryan Carter), Desiree Taylor, and Chloe Taylor (Luke Nahmabin). Proud and loving grandmother to Aubrey Alexander, who brought her endless joy.
Jenn was a loving sister to Annette Medd (Kristan Spaulding), Loretta Medd (David Kraan), Jeff Medd, Nancy Britton (Charmaine Love), Sarah Vandenberk (Steve Vandenberk), and Heidi DeJeu (Brian DeJeu). She was a proud and cherished aunt to Joey and Owen Charette, Emmett and Eliana Spaulding, Jayson Crosset, Lily Britton, Justin, Ryan, and Trevor Vandenberk, and Katie and David DeJeu. She was also a beloved sister-in-law to Ann Taylor Maitland (Keegan Maitland) and Lora Stevens (Chris Stevens), and a loving daughter-in-law to Donna Taylor (Bill Taylor).
Jenny will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
Jenn loved nothing more than her family. She found joy in camping trips, baking, crocheting, and spending time with her loyal companion, Misty. She had a deep love for country music, coffee, keeping a clean home, and anything chocolate—especially Mini Eggs.
Jenn worked for many years as a valued member of the custodial staff at Western Research Park in Sarnia and the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, careers she truly loved and took great pride in.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date to honour the beautiful life Jenn created and the many people she touched.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jenn’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society https://cancer.ca/en and/or the Sarnia & District Humane Society https://www.sarniahumanesociety.com
