John Angus McRae

McRAE, JOHN – On Thursday, September 15, 2016, John Angus McRae, age 84 of Sarnia passed away. He was the loving husband of Joan Doris (Sewter) McRae for 63 years and dear father of John McRae (Diane), Michael McRae (Sandi) and Kenneth McRae (Stephanie). He was the grandfather of Angela, Amanda and Sean, Erin and Shawn, Jason and Jenny and great-grandfather of Kameron. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his parents John and Verna, his step brothers and sisters Robert, Frank, Kathleen, and Freddie. John enjoyed his cottage, fishing, reading and cards. Friends may visit with the family at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St.) on Monday, September 19th between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Paterson Memorial Church (120 S. Russell St., Sarnia) on Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Paterson Memorial Church Fund would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the D. J.
