On Friday, September 4, 2015, KATHLEEN THERESA (JACQUES) BEDARD, age 69 of Sarnia passed away at Bluewater Health. She was the beloved wife of David Charles Bedard and loving and devoted mother of David John Bedard and Theresa Bernadette Bedard, Daniel Benjamin Bedard and cherished grandmother of Mimi St. Louis Antoinette McCarthy all of Sarnia. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd. (102 N.
