Kathy White

WHITE, KATHRYN - Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, May 27, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Kathryn “Kathy” (Last) White passed away at the age of 69. She was the loving wife of 40 years to the late David White (2018) and the dear mother of Kelly (Dan) and Tina (Tim), grandmother of Kelsi (Luke), Katrina (Jon) and Devon, great-grandmother of Nash and Garrett. She is also survived by her sisters Donna Cooke, Cheryl Braun, Patty Cooper (Jim) and her brothers Ron Last (Dianne), Gary Last (Debbie) and her sister in laws Julie, Pat and Kate Last. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Kathy was predeceased by her parents Sam and Edith Last, brothers Stevie, David, Bud (Phyllis) and brother in laws Horst Braun and Don Cooke. Kathy loved bingo and enjoyed the time she spent in her hospice program where she took part in crafts, music and fellowship. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Maddison and all the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice.  Family and friends may visit with the family at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia) on Wednesday, May 29th from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral Home on Thursday, May 30th at 11:00 a.m. with cremation to follow.  Sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice would be appreciated by the family.  Memories and messages of condolence may be sent through www.djrobb.on.ca
