Laura Rose Ellen Vanderveer

At Twin Lakes Terrace on Thursday, November 9, 2017, LAURA ROSE ELLEN (Reeds) VANDERVEER, age 85 of Sarnia, passed away peacefully with her family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Douglas LeRoy Vanderveer ( 2004). Loving mother of Laurie Teather and her husband Jeff of Corunna, Kevin Vanderveer and his wife Susan of Sarnia, Barry Vanderveer and  Lynda Menegotti and her husband Javier of Fergus. Cherished grandmother to Michael, Jason (Courtney), Jordan, Alexandra, Miguel, Daniel and great-grandmother to Evelyn. Sister of Earl (El) Reeds and sister in law Patricia Reeds. Predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters. 

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE on Friday November 17th at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.  Interment will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.  Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia and District Humane Society or the Alzheimer’s Society.  The family would like to thank the staff of Twin Lakes Terrace for their care and compassion over the last 8 yrs.
