Lilly Kozak

Peacefully at Lambton Meadowview Villa in Petrolia on Friday April 7, 2023, Lilly (Krause) Kozak passed away at the age of 99 years.  Beloved wife of the late Nickolas Kozak (1994). Loving mother of Paul (Lorraine Perrot) Kozak, Victor (Elizabeth) Kozak and the late Anne Kroh.  Cherished grandmother to Adrianne (Dave) Kraus, Brandon (Kellie) Kroh and Jennifer (Gary Farkas) Kozak.  Also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, a son-in-law Herb (Sandra) Kroh and a daughter-in-law Bernice Kozak.  A private family service will be held with interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
