Linda Marie Lariviere

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Marie Lariviere, who passed away peacefully at home on May 23, 2026. Linda was the beloved daughter of Angele Boonen and Andre Boutelgier, and the cherished spouse of Rae McCracken. She was predeceased by Raymond Lariviere. Loving mother of Robert (Lorna) Lariviere, the late Jason Lariviere, and Jamie (Vicki) Lariviere. Dear sister of Jenny (the late Les) and Diane (Rick). Proud grandmother of Joshua (Kachine), Shelby (James), Jayden, Megan, and Aliyah, and loving great-grandmother to many great-grandchildren. To some, she was Linda, but to those who truly knew her, she was simply “Nana.” Her love and warmth extended far beyond her own family, and she welcomed everyone with an open heart, a full belly, and a place to call home. She loved her dogs deeply and was happiest spending time in the country, taking them for walks. Since losing her son Jason in 1993, Linda carried both her love for him and the ache of missing him every day. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now reunited with him in Heaven, together once again after so many years apart. Though the past several years were not always easy, Linda faced every challenge with strength, courage, and the same loving spirit that defined her life. Her struggles are now behind her, and she is finally at peace — the only ache that remains is in the hearts of those who will miss her dearly.
