Oscar Lloyd Popen

Peacefully at Bluewater Health on Thursday September 13, 2018 OSCAR LLOYD POPEN at the age of 84.  Beloved husband of the late Mary Louise (DeRush) Popen (2009).  Loving father of Annette Popen, Wayne Popen (Brenda), Nancy Lacasse (Ron) and Tina Weed (Doug).  Cherished grandfather to several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the charity of your choice.  Arrangements entrusted to the D.
