Pamela Joy Norcross

Pamela Joy Norcross, July 1, 1951 – May 4, 2025

With deep love and heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Pamela Joy Norcross, aged 73 — a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

She was the daughter of the late Rose Wilson. She was the proud mother of Erin Ashley Norcross (Paul Cain) and cherished grandmother of Kayli McQuillen (Marek), Camryn Norcross, Autumn Cain and Brody Cain, aunt to Geoff Meredith and Andrea Meredith and great aunt to Nathan and Evelyn. She was predeceased by her dear sister Muriel “Dee” Meredith. She had a big heart for Erin’s sisters, brother, and nieces and nephews.

Born and raised in Sarnia, Pam embodied the heart and spirit of the city she loved. She began her career with Bell Canada (London, ON) before finding her professional home in the finance and payroll department at St. Joseph’s Hospital (Bluewater Health), where she dedicated many years.

Pam was a proud and passionate Detroit Lions fan — never missing a game and always believing, no matter the odds. A true downtown Sarnia staple, Pam was known for her love of music, easy laughter, and the deep friendships she cultivated over the years. Downtown was her heart — where she spent countless hours with friends, exploring the shops and enjoying the best food the city had to offer.

Cremation has taken place, with a celebration of life to follow.
