Patricia Rowena Postil

PATRICIA ROWENA (SARGENT) POSTIL,  March 6, 1937-December 17, 2016.  It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of  Pat.  Wife for 60 years to Wilfred.  Loving mother to Murray (Barb) Postil, Greg (Brenda) Postil, Julie Postil, Patty (Steve) Stasyna and Chrissy (Shane) Bellmore.  Cherished grandmother to Marcus, Lindsay, Brett, Karah, Sophie, Erik, Josh and Aaron.  Sister to Norm, Vicki, Frank and Donna.  Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Violet, a sister Connie and brother Bruce.  Mom’s two favourite places were home in the Point and her home away from home Siesta Key.   She loved having people around, the more the merrier, unless she had a tee time.  A special thanks to Dr. Dostaler and the staff at Bluewater Oncology, the home palliative care team and Dr. Maddison and the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice.   Cremation has taken place and a gathering of family and friends will be held at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE on Friday December 23rd  from the hours of 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers,  sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Breast Cancer Society or St. Joseph’s Hospice.
