RALPH CARL MOORE- passed away at Bluewater Health on January 24, 2017. A teenage farm boy from Moore’s lane grew to become a skilled tradesman and a proud member of Local 663. He served a term as president of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Sarnia Construction Association during his working years. He built the RABAR.
Ralph was predeceased by his parents W.H. “Harry” and Reta (Haslip) Moore, his sister Trudy (Moore) Polak, and his elder son Ralph W. Moore. He was greatly loved by his wife Barbara ( Robinson) Moore and all his family: Brent Moore, son of Ralph’s elder son and Brent’s children Haley, Majofsky, Tala Moore and Brayden Moore; his son Dan, wife Cheryl and sons Kevin and Mark; his daughter Bette (Moore) Woodley and her daughter Sarah Kell, who with her partner Jason Kell has just presented us with our latest addition, three month old Hunter; his daughter Lori (Moore) Zonneville and her daughters Erika (Melanie) and Rebecca and Becca’s two children Wayne and Aubrey.
The Moore family stands tall together so we are sure Ralph will be long remembered and often spoken of by his brothers Gerald (Grace) and Charles “Chuck” (Suzanne, Deceased) and by his sisters Beverly Richards (Jim) and Linda Ryan (Doug).
There will be a Celebration of Ralph’s life from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. on February 4, 2017 at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home and Cremation Center, (102 Victoria St. N. Sarnia On). In of Lieu of flowers donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice would be appreciated checks only at the funeral home please.
