He was the loving husband of Marlene Garnier, father of Kymberly Saulters of Arizona and Jesse of Wisconsin, grandfather of Willow and River, Brother of Gerry Copeland of Ohio. Bob was born in Wheeling, West Virginia. Private family cremation has been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9.
