Ruth Nix

At Bluewater Health-CEE in Petrolia on Saturday, April 16, 2022, Ruth Nix, age 95 of Camlachie passed away.  She was the loving wife of Peter E. F. Nix and dear mother of Richard Nix and the late Peggy Best (1994), grandmother of Carl and Nicole, sister of Eunice Bartley.  Many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by; sisters Miriam and Grace, brothers Harry, David, Robert, John and James. Ruth was a longtime attendant of Camlachie United Church and participated with the Church Choir. She retired from Prestolite after many years of service. A visitation and celebration of Ruth’s life will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9 on Friday, April 22nd at 11:00 am with Rev. David Van Patter of Camlachie United Church officiating.
