Scott Matthew McKnight

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of SCOTT MATTHEW McKNIGHT  at the young age of 39.  Loving son of Robert and Patricia (Archer) McKnight of Sarnia.  Cherished brother of Sheri (Jeff) Cowen, Shawn McKnight and Stacy (Darryl) Rogers.  He was the uncle to Jaysea, Jaymie, Indie, Savannah, Aylen, Andrew and Brendan.  Always remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Predeceased by his brother Shane (1980), his grandparents Robert and Margaret McKnight and George and Doris Archer.  Scott’s passions of creating music and studying ancient history were cut short, derailed by his debilitating  mental illness.  During some of the harder periods of his life he found friendship and comfort with the staff and clients at the Grace Café in St. Thomas, ON.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grace Café (cheque only at funeral home) or an e-mail has been created  thegracecafeforscott@gmail.com   Cremation has taken place.  A private memorial will be held and a Tree of Life will be planted.  Arrangements entrusted to the D.
