Sunshara Alyssa - Lynn Lauzon

Sunshara Alyssa Lynn Lauzon, 33, passed away on February 10th, 2026, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia. Born on September 17th, 1992, she lived fast, laughed loud, and somehow managed to turn even the most normal situations into absolute stories.

Sunshara was funny, caring, wild, and had a wild child mode that could activate at any moment without warning. She did not do “low-key.” If you knew her, you either laughed until you cried, questioned her logic, or said “Sunshara, what are you doing?” at least once. Probably daily.

She was generous to a fault—the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back… even if it wasn’t hers, and then act offended that you hesitated. Boundaries were more of a suggestion to her. Rules were… flexible. But her heart? Massive.

Sunshara was real. No filters. No fake politeness. What you saw was exactly what you got, and what you got was someone who loved hard, showed up loud, and left impressions that people will still be laughing about years from now.

In her final, very-on-brand move, Sunshara saved three lives through organ donation—her heart and both kidneys. Even at the end, she was still giving everything she had, because apparently doing the most was her thing.

She will be deeply missed, loudly remembered, and forever mentioned in sentences that begin with,

“Okay, so this one time Sunshara…”

Sunshara survived by her Dad Bill Thomas and her sister’s Ashley and Summer Lauzon and several relatives.

Sunshara was a beloved daughter of Christina Ranger and Dan Lauzon.

A memorial service will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 11:00 am with Rev. Adam Kilner officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am.
