VICTOR F. (VIC) TARR passed away at Bluewater Health on Monday February 12, 2024.  Lovingly remembered by his wife Anne, his sons Randy (Trish), Andrew (Tracy) and Geoff (Samantha) and his grandchildren Matthew, Elizabeth, Zach, Jacob, Kaitlyn and Taylor.  A big thank-you to the staff of the Cognitive Care Unit.
