William Durward Bullock

BULLOCK, WILLIAM – It is with great sadness the family of William Durward Bullock announce his passing on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospice in his 85th year. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Illa and his daughter Lori Murphy (David), grandchildren Emily Murphy, Matthew Murphy and Anthony Bullock. He is affectionately remembered by his sister Sharon Lake (Brian) and their family, Brenda Bullock and her family and Rosa Zamudio. He was predeceased by his son Leland (Lex) Bullock in 2015. Bill was a proud 40 year employee of Polymer/Polysar, retiring in 1992. He enjoyed participating in sports and volunteering throughout his life. Bill’s greatest joy came from time spent with his family and friends and celebrating his Irish heritage. A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at Dunlop United Church (757 Rosedale Ave. Sarnia) on Monday, May 13th at 1:00 pm. Visitation and refreshments will immediately follow the services at 2:00 pm in the church hall. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Joseph’s Hospice or the charity of your choice. The arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.
